Meeting was called to order by Gary Mohre who also led The Pledge of Allegiance.

Members present were Nick Lanzer, Terry Bartel, Marvin Hug, Matt Krill, Gary Mohre, Andrew Skiles, Tom Szymdzak and Jeremy Viers.

Motion by Nick Lanzer with 2nd by Terry Bartel to approve November Secretary Report.  Motion passed with voice vote.

Treasurers Report given by Jeremy Viers with Motion to accept by Matt Krill, 2nd by Nick Lanzer with Motion passing with voice vote.

New Member Application received from Trooper Adam Foster.  It will be kept a month before voting in as a Member.

OLD BUSINESS:
Cops with Kids went very well and had around 300 kids shopping and having a good time.  Kids brought in via autism school, JFS and Sarah’s Friends helped this year.

NEW BUSINESS:
Motion by Tom Szymczak regarding new tech training for Ohio Tactical Officer Association to offer $650.00 per officer per department in Williams County for entrance of higher training.  The money can also be used to reimburse officers for purchases for better gear.  Second by Matt Krill with Motion passing with voice vote.
Motion by Terry Bartel to raise the Tara Arnold Scholarship to $1,000.00 with 2nd by Nick Lanzer.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Cancer Awareness of Williams County sent an invite to the Gun and Purse Bingo Banquet.  Motion by Tom Szymczak to spend $120.00 for 2 tickets with 2nd given by Marvin Hug. Motion passed after voice vote.
No Motion was made to purchase tickets for the Pheasants Forever banquet.
Friday, May 15 there will be a small parade with a Law Enforcement Memorial Program to be held at the Courthouse.  Years past, the parade started at the Bryan Police Department and would march to the southeast corner of the Courthouse.  Motion by Jeremy Viers to celebrate the day with donuts for every department in Williams County.  2nd by Andy Skiles with Motion passing after voice vote.
SART Clinic mailed the Lodge an invitation to help partner with the Northwest Ohio SART Symposium 2026.  The event will be held April 16-17, 2026 in Archbold, Ohio.  Motion by Tom Szymczak to purchase the $1,000.00 table with 2 seats paid for.  2nd by Matt Krill with Motion passing by voice vote.
Jeremy Viers had a $50.00 towards a tattoo in which he will just give away to a member.
