Meeting called to order

A copy of Januarys minutes were passed around.  Matt Krill made a motion to accept the minutes.  Steve Suchocki 2nd.  Motion Passed

Stan Nihart reviewed the Treasurers report.  Scott Boyd made a motion to accept the Treasurers report.  Steve Schlosser 2nd.  Motion Passed.

New members:
Jason Raymond from West Unity Police
Kevin Krill from Montpelier Police
Matt Krill made a motion to accept the new members, Gale Horn 2nd.  Motion Passed.

Old Business:
A question was brought up about the new concrete.  It will be completed once the ground thaws.

New Business:
Gary Mohre gave a huge thank you from the Mohre family for all the officer’s participation during his father’s funeral.
Theta Kappa Easter egg hunt requested a donation of $50.00.  Gale Horn made motion to make the donation.  JR Jones 2nd.  Motion Passed.
President Jeremy Viers discussed the Tara Arnold Scholarship fund and the FOP Scholarship fund.  A committee to vote on the scholarships was established.  Volunteers were, JR Jones, Steve Mendez and Matt Krill.
Steve Schlossser discussed getting a donation from the FOP for the FOP softball team and added that the Veterans commission would also be sponsoring.  He didn’t request the donation until next month.
Treasurer Stan Nihart requested Reverse Raffle door prize donations for the Raffle from the local Chiefs of Police.
President Jeremy Viers made a motion to lower the amount of people allowed at the Reverse Raffle from 300 to 250 people.  Steve Schlosser 2nd.  Motion Passed.

Steve Suchocki made the motion to adjourn.  Matt Krill 2nd.  Motion Passed.
