Meeting called to order by President Stan Nihart at the Lodge with the following members present:
Jeff Arnold, Matt Arnold, Rachelle Delno, John Doseck, Dan Griffin, Merlin Hageman, Tracy Harding, Matt Krill, Carl Long, Mose Mohre, Bill Noethen, Colin Rose, Brian Ross, Jason Shaffer, Todd Shock, Jim Snivley, Steve Suchocki and Jim Walker.  Excused members were Greg Brillhart and Leo York.

Motion by S. Suchocki, 2nd by C. Rose to accept the minutes of the last meeting as posted.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion by M. Krill, 2nd by J. Arnold to accept.  Motion passed after voice vote.

New member Brian Ross of the Williams Co. Sheriff’s Office introduced himself.

D. Griffin reported the committee checking into the possibility of a better investment of the money currently in the CD account will report on their findings at the next meeting.

J. Shaffer reported he placed 5th out of 407 in the FOP Polar Bear Plunge.  He was able to raise $1,835 in donations.  Total donations were approximately $97,000.

S. Nihart reported for the Honors Banquet committee.  The Banquet is being planned for Saturday, April 24 at the Ramada Inn.  A cash bar will begin at 6:00 PM with the meal at 7:00 PM.  Attendee’s will have a choice of Swiss steak, prime-rib or baked chicken.  The current list of honoree’s include Clint Baber (FBI), Dick Buchs (SO), Kent Castor (EPD), Mark Clark (SO), John Florkowski (BPD), Gene Kroetz (SPD), Mose Mohre (EMA), Herb Moor (WUPD), Gary Nungester (Bailiff), Deb Shindledecker (BPD) and Pete Shindledecker (Prosecutor's Office).  Plaques have been ordered from Kelly Trophies and he reported the Ramada is offering Jacuzzi rooms for $79 that evening.  Anyone planning on attending will need to RSVP by April 1.  C. Rose volunteered to furnish a CD player for the evening.

Trisha Schuller of Tri-State College is to attend the next meeting to report on her team that competed in the American Criminal Justice Association competition held in Sacramento, CA.

There being no further business, motion R. Delno, 2nd by T. Shock to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.

The membership then enjoyed pizza furnished by the Lodge.
