Meeting called to order by president Jeremy Viers at the Lodge with the followings members present: Matt Arnold, Kevin Beck, Jennifer Bosiacki, Chris Chapa, Duiane Cluckey, Rachelle Delno, John Doseck, Bill Hodapp, Gale Horn, Matt Krill, Nick Lanzer, Gary Mohre, Stan Nihart, Bill Noethen, Jason Randall, Jeff Ridgway, Greg Ruskey, Jim Snivley, Tom Szymczak, Jeremy Viers, Jim Walker and Michelle Zimmann. Excused members were Jennifer Hern, Randy Mohre, Mario Rodriguez, and Kirk Stickney. Motion by T. Szymczak, 2nd by M. Krill to accept the minutes of the last meeting as posted. Motion passed after voice vote. Treasurer’s report: (refer to hard copy of minutes) Motion to accept new member Cory Nichols was passed after voice vote. Golf outing was discussed about where to have it and on what day. Suburban Golf has no Saturday dates available. Suburban gave a price of $22.50 per team which includes 18 holes and the golf card. Last year we had approximately 32 players equaling 10 or 11 teams. Are looking t June 5th or 12th for this year’s golf outing date.Jeremy Views discussed the Special Olympics Torch run starting at County Road 12 going approximately 1 mile then getting on bicycles and riding to about a mile out of Bryan then running it into Bryan. We can get the torch for about a week. Kristi Moor requested a donation for the Bryan Pride Pageant. Motion to give $50.00 by G. Mohre, 2nd by J. Snivley. Motion passed after voice vote. Jeff Ridgway requested for a donation to the BBA (Bryan Baseball Association). The money will used to cover umpire and tournament fees for the team. Motion was tabled until a the committee has set the donation dollar amount that will be given out for this year. Duiane Cluckey wanted all members to know that the National FOP is in conjunction with about 10 Universities that get scholarships for FOP members. Duiane stated that by being a member it saved him approximately $8000. Wanted to let members know that we did give Matt Uran’s family money to help out with travel expenses going to the doctors. Would like ideas for the Police Memorial Day on May 15, 2010. Jennifer Bosiacki wanted to let all members know they are invited to Buffalo Wild Wings in Defiance, Ohio on March 22 at 7 P.M. to celebrate her last day in Williams County.
