Meeting called to order by Secretary Andy Skiles who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Members present were Ed Biederstedt, Scott Boyd, Randy Buehrer, Justin Coffman, Matt Krill, Nick Lanzer, John Rathke, Jason Raymond, Steve Schlosser, Andrew Skiles, Terry Bartel, Kevin Beck, Jim Walker and Paul Zawodny.

President Jeremy Viers reported he was helping his son move.  VP Tom Szymczak reported he was at a Village Council meeting due to the Monday holiday.

Justin Coffman stated the January minutes were posted to the website for review.  Motion to accept secretary report was made by Randy Buehrer, 2nd by Jason Raymond with Motion passing after voice vote.

Treasure, Justin Coffman gave Treasure's Report.  Motion by Matt Krill, 2nd by Steve Schlosser to accept with Motion passing after voice vote.  Hard copy attached.

Motion by Jason Raymond, 2nd by Steve Schlosser to accept three members with no objections.  Motion accepted by voice vote to accept Kyle Potts, Steven Riley, and Mason Hammond with Steven Riley being present.

NEW BUSINESS:
Justin Coffman advised that Lodge received a request to help the Theta Kappa Sorority in Edon with the Easter Egg events.  Motion by Jim Walker to give $50.00, 2nd by Jason Raymond with Motion passing after voice vote.
Andy Skiles reminded Lodge members to get their scholarships completed and submitted.  Committee to review scholarship applications would be Matt Krill, Steve Schlosser and Justin Coffman.
