Meeting called to order by president Jeremy Viers at the Lodge with the followings members present:  Jeff Arnold, Terry Bartel, Dan Cline, Justin Coffman, Rachelle Delno, John Doseck, Matt Franzdorf, Mick Frisbe, Bill Hodapp, JR Jones, Matt Krill, Nick Lanzer, Gary Mohre, Randy Mohre, Jeff Ridgway, Greg Ruskey, Steve Suchocki, Steve Towns, Matt Uran and Jeremy Viers.  Excused members: Stan Nihart, Kirk Stickney and Tom Szcymzcak.

No Treasurer’s report as Treasurer not present at meeting.

Motion by J. Arnold, 2nd by M. Krill to accept new members Ken Jacobs and JR Jones.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion by G. Ruskey, 2nd by S. Suchocki to give $550 for the softball team to help host a tournament.  They are not asking for team members as the team has already been picked.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Funeral for Dick Buchs is set for Thursday, February 24 at 11 am at St. Mary’s Church.  Police officers are to be there at 10am with white gloves.  The family was given an FOP throw blanket and a grave marker.

Motion by J. Arnold, 2nd by M. Krill to pay a $7 per member assessment fee for a total of $462.  All members are encouraged to visit the State FOP site and follow the links to contact your state representative.  Passed after voice vote.

Motion by G. Ruskey, 2nd by G. Mohre to have another Reverse Raffle.  Motion passed after voice vote.

M. Zimmamann has resigned from being the Historian.  S. Towns will pick up being Historian.  Motion passed after voice vote.

REMINDER:  the pool table is not to have food or drinks on it at any time.  There was colored frosting stains found on it.

Motion by J. Viers, 2nd by M. Frisbe for up to $500 to install some bathroom cabinets over the toilet and to move the plastic storage unit to the garage.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion by J. Arnold, 2nd by M. Krill to explore the idea of hosting a Women’s Self Defense class for the wives and teenage daughters of members if we get a big enough response.  D. Magee could teach the class and we would pay him $50 and donate $150 for supplies.  Motion passed after voice vote.
