Meeting was called to order by Gary Mohre who also led The Pledge of Allegiance.

Members present were Randy Buehrer, Justin Coffman, Steven Graziani, Matt Krill, Nick Lanzer, John Rathke, Andrew Skiles, Terry Bartel, Ed Biederstedt, Marvin Hug, Ken Jacob, Gary Mohre, Steve Suchocki, Tom Szymczak, Jeremy Viers and Tracy Williamson.

Motion to accept Secretary Report posted online by Randy Buehrer, 2nd by Terry Bartel with Motion passing after voice vote.

Treasurers Report was given by Justin Coffman with Motion to accept by Matt Krill, 2nd by Ed Biederstedt with Motion passing with voice vote.

OLD BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers gave an update on the Cops with Kids event.  Tom Szymczak also gave an update regarding the check in progress with ability to move kids through a little quicker.
Justin Coffman advised members that the furnace was found not working and repaired by VanDeVoorde Heating and Air from West Unity.  The furnace stopped working a few times which led to a conversation about having a service contract or replacement.  The heater in the garage was also part of that conversation as it hasn't worked in a couple of years.
Jeremy Viers had tickets made for another gun raffle.  Motion was made for 10 gift certificates at $30.00 each for the next 10 names drawn so there were more winners.  There would also be $50.00 given back to the 2 highest sellers of the tickets.  2nd by Tom Szymczak with Motion passing after voice vote.

NEW BUSINESS:
Tom Szymczak advised the Mock Crash for this year's prom season will be held April 2, 2025 at the fairgrounds.  Motion by Matt Krill to purchase tarps and around 10 safety kids for the students that volunteer.  2nd by Steven Graziani with Motion passing after voice vote.  Tom Szymczak also mentioned that there are simulators available that could be taken to each school to help students learn to make the right decisions regarding driving.
Jeremy Viers talked about a flier from Cancer Assistance of Williams County having a Bingo Night at the Bryan Eagles on March 1, 2025.  Given away will be 20 rounds of Bingo to possibly with prizes of 10 purses and 10 firearms.  Additional prizes will be given away during the night through a raffle and auctions being held.  Motion by Ed Biederstedt to purchase the Bronze Plan for $500.00.  That would consist of a reserved table for the FOP and two free tickets.  2nd by Marvin Hug with Motion passing after voice vote.
Jeremy Viers mentioned that Bryan PD received a request from BJ Horner, Four County LOSS Team Coordinator regarding support for their team appreciation night.  Often the team will get cards or small gifts for the team that supports the volunteers that work with situations that involve suicide.  Motion by Jeremy Viers to give 15, $25.00 gift cards as a thank you for your service.  2nd by Tom Syzmczak with Motion passing after voice vote.
SWAT Training is looking at having the course be held in Williams County year.  OTOA and OPATA have joined together regarding offering training and authorizing hours needed for officers certification.  Motion by Matt Krill to pay for the Lodge to pay $650.00 for 1 person from each department to attend.  There will also be a room reserved for Williams County Officers to use.  2nd by Terry Bartel with Motion passing after voice vote.
