Meeting called to order by President Jeremy Viers at the Lodge with the following members present:  Jim Walker, Scott Boyd, Terry Bartell, Matthew Krill, Nick Lanzer, John Doseck, Gale Horn, Tom Szymczak, Jason Raymond, Matthew Franzdorf, Randy Buehrer and Gary Mohre.

Motion by T. Szymczak, 2nd by N. Lanzer to accept the previous minutes as posted.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Treasure’s Report:  (Refer to hard copy)
Motion by R. Buehrer, 2nd by G. Horn to accept the treasure’s report as given.  Motion passed after voice vote.

NEW MEMBER:
Donald “Scott” Wilson of the Edon Police Department
Motion by M.Krill, 2nd by J. Raymond to accept Donald Scott Wilson as a new member.  Motion passed after voice vote.

OLD BUSINESS:
President Viers thanked Officer’s for participation in Cops with Kids program

NEW BUSINESS:
Scott Boyd requested a donation for the 2016 Polar Bear Plunge to benefit the Ohio Special Olympics.  He will be taking the Plunge February 26th.  Motion by J. Viers, 2nd by G. Mohre to donate $350.00 to the Special Olympics Polar Bear Plunge and $50.00 to Scott for expenses.  Motion passed after voice vote.
FOP Lobby Day is February 3rd in Columbus.  The State Lodge asked that one member from each Lodge attend and some of the expenses will be reimbursed.  J. Viers advised that he will be attending to represent the Lodge.

Gail Horn is a member of the Hamilton Fish and Game.  He is selling Gun Raffle tickets for $25 apiece and has seven tickets left.  Motion by J. Raymond, 2nd by G. Mohre to purchase seven ticket at a total cost of $175.00.  Any gun will be signed for by the Lodge President and then sold/raffled/ect at one of the Lodge fundraisers.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Discussion:
Electronic entry door is under construction and fob keys will be issued when done. Randy Bockover, a reserve for Bryan Police Department and past member, has been undergoing medical treatment for the past year.  Please keep him in your thoughts and make contact if you can.  Looking for ideas on what the lodge can do for him.
