Meeting called to order by President Jeremy Viers who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Members present were Ed Biederstedt, Randy Buehrer, Justin Coffman, Ken Jacob, Matt Krill, Nick Lanzer, John Rathke, Jason Raymond, Andrew Skiles, Jeremy Viers, Tyson Wasilewski, Terry Bartel, Kevin Beck, Marvin Hug, Stan Nihart, and Tom Szymczak.

Jeremy Viers stated that the October and November minutes were posted to the website for review.  Motion to accept secretary reports was made by Jason Raymond, 2nd by Tyson Wasilewski with Motion passing after voice vote.

Treasure, Justin Coffman gave January's Treasure's Report.  Motion by Matt Krill, 2nd by Randy Buehrer to accept with Motion passing after voice vote.  Hard copy attached.

Jeremy Viers gave update on the large amount of donations from Cops with Kids.

Jeremy Viers stated there wasn't any objections to Gary Plotts being a member which was accepted.  New member applications were received from Kyle Potts, Williams County Sheriff's Office, Steven Riley, West Unity Police and Mason Hammond, Bryan Police.  Those three applications will be tabled for one month before being accepted.

OLD BUSINESS:
Tom Szymczak reminded members regarding the Critical Incident training March 2, 3 and 4 and the application of a possible grant to pay for twenty people to attend.
Jeremy Viers stated that the Bryan Area Foundation will now handle the Tara Arnold Memorial Scholarship program but wanted the first year paid for by the Lodge.  Motion by Jason Raymond to pay $500.00 for the first year of BAF to run the program, 2nd by Matt Krill with Motion passing after voice vote.
Stan Nihart stated there was a great response from kids from the special needs program.

NEW BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers brought up the Friends of the NRA Banquet in Defiance County.  Motion by Matt Krill to purchase a table for $320.00, 2nd by Andy Skiles with Motion passing after voice vote.
Ken Jacob mentioned he had raffle tickets for the sheriff's office K9 fund.  Motion by Stan Nihart, 2nd by Tom Szymczak to purchase 10 tickets for $100.00.  Motion passed after voice vote.
Jeremy Viers asked members about working on a retirement banquet for October.  Committee members will consist of Jeremy Viers, Justin Coffman, Tom Szymczak and Ken Jacob.
