Meeting called to order by president Jeremy Viers at the Lodge with the followings members present:  Matt Arnold, Jeff Arnold, Terry Bartel, Kevin Beck, Scott Boyd, John Doseck, Matt Franzdorf, Gale Horn, Marvin Hug, Nick Lanzer, Tim Livengood, Gary Mohre, Randy Mohre, Cory Nickels, Bill Noethen, Jim Snivley, Tom Szymczak, Jeremy Viers, Jim Walker and Tyson Wasilewski.  Excused member: Kirk Stickney.

Motion by T. Szymczak, 2nd by G. Mohre to accept the minutes of the last meeting as posted.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Treasurer’s report:  (refer to hard copy of minutes)
Motion to accept Treasurer’s report by M. Hug, 2nd by R. Mohre.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion by J. Walker, 2nd by J. Arnold to accept new members Justin Coffman and Dan Cline.  Motion passed after voice vote.

Reminder to sign out equipment.  2 Flood lights and lawn roller are missing.  Sign out board is on the back of the door in the garage.

Proposed language change to Article III, Section III.  Motion to suspend rules and by-laws and move to vote by G. Mohre, 2nd by J. Walker.  Vote 15 to suspend By-Laws and vote, 6 opposed.  Motion by J. Arnold, 2nd by T. Szymczak if out of state the life member is exempted.  Motion to accept added language changes by J. Arnold, 2nd by T. Szymczak.

Following is the wording for the portion of Article III, Section III concerning Life Members as approved:
The Life Membership shall comprise of Active Members who have retired from Law Enforcement, or are eligible for retirement from Law Enforcement, and have been moved to Life Membership status by vote of the Lodge membership.  Life Members shall be entitled to voice and vote and shall have their local insurance coverage paid by the local Lodge with no attendance or dues requirements set forth.  Life Members will be eligible to have their FOP State and Grand Lodge dues paid by the local lodge by attending a combination of at least two (2) meetings and/or work details per attendance year.  If the Life Member has failed to meet the aforementioned attendance requirement he/she may still receive FOP State and Grand Lodge memberships by paying his/her yearly dues, as set forth by the Lodge.  No attendance or dues requirements will be assessed to Life Members residing out of state.

Motion by K. Beck , 2nd by T. Livengood to move to Life Membership the following members: J. Arnold, K. Beck, M. Arnold, G. Mohre, J. Snively, T. Szymzcak and J. Walker.

Motion by J. Walker, 2nd by T. Livengood to set $2000.00 for any personal legal fees for J. Viers due to shooting.  Motion passed by voice vote.

There being no further business, motion by S. Boyd, 2nd by M. Hug to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
