Meeting called to order by Sgt. of Arms, Gary Mohre who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Members present were Ed Biederstedt, Scott Boyd, Justin Coffman, Matt Krill, Nick Lanzer, Jamie Mendez, Steve Mendez, John Rathke, Greg Ruskey, Steve Schlosser, Andrew Skiles, Steve Suchocki, Jeremy Viers, Tyson Wasilewski Terry Bartel, Kevin Beck, Gary Mohre, and Tom Szymszak.

Motion by Steve Suchocki to accept November's minutes as posted on the website, 2nd by Steve Schlosser with Motion passing after voice vote.

Treasure, Justin Coffman gave Treasure's Report.  Motion by Matt Krill, 2nd by Tyson Wasilewski to accept with Motion passing after voice vote.  Hard copy attached.

Two new member applications from Austin Batt and Jamie Mendez were held with no further business.  Motion by Ed Biederstadt to accept, 2nd by Greg Ruskey with Motion passing after voice vote.  Jamie Mendez was at the meeting.

OLD BUSINESS:
Jeremy Viers thanked members and officers that attended Cops with Kids.  He also stated that Montpelier PD had to do their own due to a miscommunication.  Money was given to Dan McGee and that department was able to help many kids through that school system.
A question was asked about membership rules in which Jeremy Viers reminded everyone of attendance or money that would need to be paid.  If the money wasn't paid, their membership would end and they would have to reapply again to be a member.  Second shift members could help with Cops with Kids or opportunities for work days as attendance would be difficult.  Active life members would have their dues paid.
Justin Coffman advised that Elite Doors was going to change the garage walk through door when time permits.
No new information on the tile repair or replace through the lower portion of the property.
Jeremy Viers stated that Rob Sammons came in and cleaned the carpet and washed and waxed the linoleum floor for no cost.  He is also a large contributor to Cops with Kids.
