1900- Meeting called to order with the following members present: Melvin Alexander, Ben Baldwin, Ed Biederstedt, Scott Boyd, Justin Coffman, James Foltz,
Gale Horn, Matt Krill, Steve Schlosser, Steve Suchocki, Steve Towns, Hayworth Treace, Jeremy Viers, Tyson Wasilewski, Terry Bartel, John Doseck, Gary Mohre and Jim Walker.
President Jeremy Viers requested a motion to accept the previous minutes. Steve Suchocki made a motion to accept them, 2nd by Steve Schlosser. Motion
passed after voice vote.
President Jeremy Viers presented the Treasurer’s report. Matt Krill made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report, 2nd by Tyson Wasilewski. Motion
passed after voice vote.
Old Business:
President Jeremy Viers advised the new door lock is working and that all other doors will be locked. You can now use your key fob to enter the back door.
New Business:
Gale Horn reported that Tom Szymczak will be returning to work as Chief of Police for the Edon Police Department, effective Thursday January 26, 2017.
Steve Towns reported that the Ohio State fair Queen, Crista Wortkoetter, is from Williams County and requested that we give her a donation to help cover the cost of
gas for her traveling. Jim Walker made a motion to give her a $200.00 gas card, 2nd by Steve Schlosser. Motion passed after voice vote.
President Jeremy Viers presented a letter from Deputy Paul McCord stating the Counties accomplishments with the Dare program. In the letter, Paul stated that in
the past the lodge has donated money to help with the program to purchase supplies. Jim Walker made a motion that we give the Dare program $1,000.00 to help
cover some of the cost of purchases, 2nd by Matt Krill. Motion passed after voice vote.
