Meeting called to order by Vice-President Jason Shaffer at the Lodge with the following members present:
Roger Brown, Dan Griffin, Matt Krill, Bill Noethen, Jim Snivley, Steve Suchocki, Tom Szymczak and Jim Walker.  Excused members were Matt Arnold, Kevin Beck, Stan Nihart and Colin Rose.

Motion by S. Suchocki, 2nd by T. Szymczak to accept the minutes of the last meeting as posted. Motion passed after voice vote.

Treasurer’s report:  (refer to hard copy of minutes)
Motion by M. Krill, 2nd by S. Suchocki to accept the treasurer’s report.  Motion passed after voice vote.

New member application of Ben Walkup was rejected as he has resigned from the Sheriff’s Office and is not eligible to be a member.

Greg Brillhart is transferring to another Ohio FOP Lodge so is being terminated as a life member with this Lodge.

Update on building addition.  New room has received a coat of primer and is ready to be painted.  After painting is completed, the lights will be installed then the paneling installed.

Peace Officers Memorial Day will be in May.  Sgt at Arms S. Suchocki is to get an Honor Guard together to consist of a member from each department in Williams County and the State Patrol.

T. Szymczak volunteered to get white gloves and mourning tabs ordered.

Motion by J. Walker, 2nd by R. Brown to donate $300 to J. Shaffer for the annual Polar Bear Plunge. Motion passed after voice vote.

Motion by D. Griffin, 2nd by S. Suchocki for J. Walker to investigate and purchase a 60” big screen LCD television to include surround sound, power supply/surge protector and service agreement.  Total price not to exceed $5,000.  Motion passed unanimously after voice vote.

There being no further business, motion by S. Suchocki, 2nd by B. Noethen to adjourn.  Motion passed after voice vote.
