Meeting called to order by President Kevin Hager at the Lodge with the following members present: After reading of the minutes of the last meeting, motion by C. Rose, 2nd by J. Arnold to accept. Motion passed after voice vote. Treasurer's report: (refer to hard copy of minutes) Bills paid: It was reported we handled approximately 60 kids in the Cops with Kids shopping and approximately 80 at the party afterwards. New members: Motion by S. Nihart, 2nd by J. Arnold to donate $250 to Preston Fry for the Ohio People for People Ambassador in Europe program with Fry to report back to the membership on his experiences. Motion passed after voice vote. Motion by C. Rose, 2nd by K. Beck to donate $100 to the Stryker Parent School Partnership. Motion passed after voice vote. C. Long started discussion for the Lodge to make donations to the K-9 units in the County. After discussion, action was tabled until the next meeting to allow K. Beck, J. Walker and S. Nihart to check with their department's K-9 units to determine what equipment they might need. C. Rose discussed upcoming Lodge work projects to include: Installing a flagpole, paving the driveway, replacing the garage door with a French style door and installing a ceiling fan. He also advised that Quality Farm & Country is going out of business in Bryan and requested purchasing needed tools for the Lodge at reduced prices. Motion by S. Nihart, 2nd by C. Rose authorizing $2,000 for the purchase of tools. Motion passed after voice vote. C. Rose led discussion on the purchase of a laptop computer for use by the Lodge secretary/webmaster. Motion by J. Walker, 2nd by C. Rose authorizing the purchase of a computer from Best Buy not to exceed $1,500. Motion passed after voice vote. There being no further business, motion by J. Arnold, 2nd by C.
